My car was damaged by a crash and run 1 week before Christmas. I was scheduled to go to NY,( no refunds, no changes, you get the picture.) Not only did they do and outstanding assessment in conjunction with my insurance co., they offered to store my car for the week I was gone at no extra charge,(secure, indoor storage.)BUT get this!, My car was ready a day ahead of time so I could do my usual park-n-fly. The quality of work was outstanding. The people were efficient, professional and friendly. They even offered me christmas cookies!,( I was STRESSED). SO, thank God,(and Santa) for Alioto's. If thet can do such a great job during the holidays, imagine what they can do any old day of the week!. Thanks again! David I.
Pros: Everything. Very close, efficient work with my insurance company
Cons: Nothing. They exceeded even my fussy standards
