Review content:
One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in San Francisco. The menu ranges from a light a fluffy seafood crepe, to a delicious and traditional catfish in a clay pot.
This wonderfully intimate restaurant is owned and operated by the chef, which makes for a very unique environment. Thuy welcomes most guests by their first names, and is dedicated to providing a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all of her patrons. The overall feel is hip and relaxed, and you can literally taste the quality of the ingredients in each dish.
Elephant Bleu is a star among the other Asian offerings in the Mission, and well worth a trip across the city. And its still secretive enough to make a great tip for friends. The indo combo and pho ga are two of my personal favorites.
