The Real Estate School of Nevada made the PSI exam a 'walk in the park'. The materials were straightforward and to the point, especially two of the supplementary workbooks for practice testing and State rules and regulations. Our instructor, Larry Abbott is 'encyclopedic' in his real estate knowledge - a real world practitioner full of thought provoking and humorous anecdotes. Keeping the class attentive is tough, but Larry kept us on our toes through useful information and a few terrific laughs. No dogma. Just the facts. Although I've not attended other schools, I've seen some of the materials and RESN provides information, not only to pass the test, but stimulates thinking about how to build a real estate business within a brokerage. Can't speak highly enough about Larry. We lucked out with him as our instructor.?
