I called this company at 9:45pm on a Friday. The operator informed me that a cab would pick me up in 15-30 mins. I called back at 10:16pm to make sure they were coming and the operator answered rudely that they were busy. And then when I asked for an ETA they once again said they were busy.
I would not use this company for anything ever!!! They are rude liars. She knew they were busy at the time I called so why not give a more accurate time?
Pros: They answer the phone
Cons: They will come 45 mins after stated time
