Review content:
We ordered ~ $20 in takeout food, and they told us it'd be here in 30 minutes. They called back twice (after 45 minutes) to tell me they didn't have all of my order, and then delivered the food late. The bread was burned, some of the food was cold, and overall it was the worst delivery I've had. Take a look at their website to see how professional they are. You'll notice three things. (a) there is NO ""contact us"" link anywhere. (b) None of the stores have phone numbers listed, (c) there is no corporate office information listed anywhere. Their corporate office is supposedly in Texas, but they list Anchorage, Alaska on their corporate filing papers. Hopefully you're starting to realize they don't want to hear from you, they just want your money. The food is tasteless, the service is horrible. Don't bother. I would have written to them directly instead of posting this review, but since they've gone out of their way to avoid hearing from their customers directly, the only other choice I have is to post my experiences online.
Pros: It's food
Cons: It's cold, late, and they could care less about their customers.
