I recently ate at the Universal City Chester's and was totally disappointed. The first time back I ordered the fish sandwich. I expected it to be top of the line...like their hamburger used to be. It was soggy, and not much of a flavor to it. I really wish I had asked for my money back. I would not buy another. The second time back I ordered the regular hamburger. They aren't the same as they used to be years ago. Smaller, and not anything special in the flavor department. I gave them two chances. I will not be going back.
Pros: Lots of chances to watch sports on TV.
Cons: Parking limited (cramped at times), food is not the best burgers in SA.
