These folks are terrible property managers and they fail to follow-up on anythng. Just give 'em a call and the only person who could have helped you is out sick or on vacation. When you ask to speak to Resa Watson, the owner, she's working with another client, next sh's on another line, then she's out-to-lunch (which I believe she always is!), then she's gone for the day.... What a disaster!\r

Do yourself a favor and find another property manager and be glad you did!
Pros: Don't think anyone working there is a pro, but there may be a few cons...
Cons: More convicts working there than on Convict Hill!
