Review content:
City Nails used to be a place where you could get a good manicure for a reasonable price. Much has changed in the last 6 months. Since the entire staff was replaced by a much less competent team, it seems that there is no one there who knows how to file a nail properly. I gave them 6-7 chances to improve the quality of their work, but I left each time with my nails unfiled and so sharp I had to go home and file them down myself to prevent myself from scratching my self. They did open another salon in Philly where they sent their best manicurists, but that place went out of business recently.
Pros: cheap, good location
Cons: bad manicures, uncut cuticles
