ok, first of all, this is for the one in atl, ga...and what a story i have for you...a lady backed up into me when i was STOPPED on my motorcycle past a stop sign and told them that ""there was no damage"" LMAO THE BIKE WAS ON THE GROUND!??? So first they told me that my bike was totaled but then I HAD TO MOVE IT OUT OF MY OWN POCKET!! They kept playing games with me teling me that they ""couldn't get a hold of their insured"", but when I sued them they responded within that week! I ended up winning but they lady lied in court again, saying there was no damage yet the cop and my father saw the bike laying on the ground at the scene! Even after I won their lawyer kept on insisting to appeal even though the judge said that I had proved my burden...what a bunch of crooks
