AB Vacuum was recommended to me by Electrolux for warranty repair. When I arrived at the store location to drop off my vacuum cleaner, I found the older east-indian looking gentleman to be both condesending and arguementative. Hardly what you'd expect from a customer service based business. My repair took longer than I was told, and every one of the three times I called to check in, the older gentleman yelled on the phone like an irrate lunatic cut short of his daily medication. For those of us who are more technically inclined, the repair was mediocre at best. Hardly what you'd expect from a place that claims to have been around for as long. I reccomend taking your broken sewing machines and vacuums cleaners elsewhere for repair. At A& B Vacuum and Sewing, you will not be respected as a customer, your repair will take too long, and the workmanship will be shoddy at best.
