I am very pleased overall with the day care. They are not in business to offer customer service to the parents. I'm sorry that the bad reviewer feels that way. Maybe if they had scheduled the appointment after hours it would have worked out better. \r
Sometimes when I go to pick up my child there is no one in the office, but they are always with the kids helping in the classroom. My child loves this place. Of course there are bad days just like any other kid, but the teacher is always happy to go into great detail about whatever happened & how it was handled. This lets us also discipline our child the same way at home to show consistency. \r
The overall cleanliness of the day care also gets 5 stars. The location is far from our house, but close to my spouse's job. It is located very close to MTSU, MTMC, MMC & just a couple of minutes from downtown.
Pros: Friendly staff, large playground, been in business for many years
Cons: Very open indoors so it's hard to have a organized class somedays
