Do NOT rent from Midtown Properties. First, the office staff (which consists of two people) is rude, belligerent and SLOW to address any issues. If you call about a problem, they act as if you are bothering them and don't even do anything to address the issue.
Their apartments have radiator heat which means you'll be paying up to $300 a month in the colder months. This is a complete waste as the radiators don't even heat some of the apartments since they are poorly insulated. Either your apartment will be too hot or freezing cold.
When you try to move out, she will COMPLETELY SCREW YOU OVER. Ask anyone who has moved from there in the past. Even one of their maintenance workers said ""She'll turn on you when you move out."" TAKE PICTURES when you move in and MAKE SURE YOU DO A WALK THROUGH. Take pictures when you move out!!!
Do not rent from here unless you HAVE to. The two women who run this place are HORRIBLE and will be nice until you sign the lease. After that, good luck trying to get anything fixed.
