Review content:
I used to believe they were an honest dry cleaners. It is difficult to find quality dry cleaners, so I was happy initially when I first started with Brentwood Hills. Vicki seemed honest and to have good follow through. However, after they lost 3 items of my clothing, ruined 2 more and had to pay to replace theitems that were permanently damaged, Vicki changed. It was not my fault these events happened and I was willing to look past them, but Vicki would not return phone calls, and when I requested the information to contact the main office, she would not provide that information as well. I cannot suggest this cleaners, and after having been a good and loyal customer, it was a complete shock to be so mistreated.
