On a recent trip, a long wait to sit was made even longer when the hostess forgot our party and inexplicably seated a couple at the only table large enough for me and my five friends.
Once we sat, the service became worse. We asked countless times for one cup of coffee; the seven employees spent more time looking through apartment ads and loudly gossipping than serving their customers.
At the end of the meal, our waitress added a tip of 23% to the bill. When we protested this excessiveness, she lowered it to 21% and made a nasty comment.
Not only wass the wait staff rude and inattentive, but it tried to bilk customers out of every last cent. I contacted the owner regarding this problem, but received no response.
Clearly, the restaurant cares very little about its customers. I suggest diners take their money to other establishments.
