Exactly one year ago, my Kenmore gas dryer wasn't heating up. I called Tony's, as they were very close to my home in Oxnard, CA. Two brothers came over - John & Adrian (owners). They fixed my dryer in a few minutes & charged me $144.35 to replace 2 gas valve coils. I had just come home from the hospital after major surgery, so I didn't question anything. My dryer broke down again yesterday. Today I called Ventura Appliance, Ventura, CA. Mike, the owner came down. It was the same problem -- the gas valve coils (I knew that). Mike fixed the problem in a few minutes & charged me $101.70 & gave me back the 2 bad coils, which Tony's never did. Mike said the coils should have lasted a lot longer. It's obvious that Tony's never replaced the coils. AVOID TONY'S!!!!!
