my husband and i have been here for six months,and we can not wait to get out of this lease.in a span of 2 weeks our apartment was broken into 3 times.our car was broken into my window broken my ignition broken.when i told management my rent would be late i was told i would have to pay late fees. in total i payed 920 that month pulse the repairs i had to pay.they refuse to replace the carpet they told me they would grout my tile when i moved in tile has yet to be grouted.one night our electricity went out com to find out some one stole the copper and fuses out of our box.management stated to my husband early on that crime has not been a problem . yeah right they list them self as a gated community but gates never work allowing anyone to come in . hints the break ins and air being let out of tires. nothing at all good to say please stay away .
