Our washer started acting up and buying a new washer was not in the budget. We went to get a used one from Pioneer appliance. There were a few to choose from and when we asked which one was the best, the salesperson showed us one that was exactly the same brand we had at home. When we told her the symptoms, she diagnosed it for us and sold us a $35 valve and told me exactly how to fix it myself. 20 minutes later our washer is good as new. It feels so good to receive excellent service and not be taken advantage of. I will never go anywhere else for an appliance again.
