TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE and I could say more but I will refrain. Rented a car from them a few months ago. Typical subcompact nothing unusual. Filled up the gas and returned the car. Lot person checked the car checked in and gave us the receipt. Two months later they tried to claim we had cracked the window while in our possession and the person checking it in missed it. I informed them that it was checked in and signed off with no damage (which we also made sure there was no damage). The fly by night company representing Dollar named PurCo said the person checking it in and signing it off sometimes misses things. Isn't that there job to make sure it is returned in good condition before signing it off ?! Very unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY LIKE THIS.
