Well, I've dined at the Broad Street location several times with no complaints, but I guess copies are just that: they loose there luster. \r \r On May 8, 2009, when the group of us came in the Hostess, a very nice girl, said it would be a minute although we saw and empty table. She explained that there was no waiter for this area. Well, another waitress went ahead and pushed two tables together as there were 8 of us.\r \r We were seated and told that our waitress would be Brittany. (receipt said Brittany M) Well, when she came to the table the boss explained that we were there to celebrate one of the girls' birthday. Brittany said she would get a birthday cake.\r \r During the meal, I asked for bread as several of the others had mentioned bread not coming out. Brittany says, ""I'll bring some out.""\r \r We ate, no bread. We waited for the birthday girl to get a cake. We never saw the cake. So we had to get back to work. Rating NO STAR. It doesn't allow for no star. When you go the the grille by Hamilton Place, if you want seervice, sit in any section that isn't Brittany's so she will get the message. It doesn't pay to lie.\r Pros: Service Cons: Lies
