I eat mexican at least once a week. I often try new mexican restaurants in and out of town, but I have yet to find a mexican restaurant that beats Pancho's. Going to Pancho's is like going home for me. The staff is efficient and friendly (great with kids). Don't be discouraged if you get there and there's a line out the door - the line moves quickly, and as soon as you're seated you have chips & salsa in front of you! The portions are HUGE - I recommend ordering fajitas along with an extra salad plate and split it with someone! My other favorites are their cheese enchiladas and grilled chicken nachos (kids LOVE this one!). \r

If you want to have a drink - don't miss out on their margaritas...they don't skimp on the alcohol - one is enough for me!! I love their frozen strawberry margaritas! YUM YUM!! \r

Bottom line - I have never had a bad experience at Panchos and I've gone very often the past several years! If I find out a friend has never been there - then that's where we go to eat. Oh, and did I mention it's CHEAP???? :)
