Review content:
I am one of those people that didn't know anything about a toilet. I called Fluid-Motion Plumbing. They came pretty quick, however, when he examined my toilet for 2 minutes, he said there was nothing wrong with my toilet. Wanted to charge me $95.00, but I said ""Wow, $95.00? He said okay , I feel bad and will charge you $65.00. When he left, I tried my toilet a few times, and had the same issue so I called him to say it's having the same problems. In the mean time, I figured I'd do my own research to see what the problem was. I went to YouTube to watch ""how to fix toilet"" videos and figured out that my flapper in the tank was bad. A $5.00 flapper! How is it that a plumber who looks at this stuff everyday can't see that my flapper looked completely warn out with a hole on top due to wear and tear? What??? Seriously? I was so mad, I had to write this review. I feel like I just wasted $65.00 on an unprofessional company that had no problem charging me for something that was totally overlooked. \r Can it be an oversight on his part? Maybe, but come on, you're a professional!
