Having grown up with Electrolux vacuums, I was ecstatic to learn that a position was available in the local Phoenix office. Office staff with Electrolux, as well as salesmen, rarely change as this is a wonderful company to work for. I was surprised to learn that these negative comments were listed here on Citysearch, and felt the need to share my experience. Prior to starting with this company two weeks ago, I was once a customer. I purchased bags from them 2 and a half years ago, (12 of them and I still have bags left that's how efficient and economical they are) and the rudeness mentioned below is not what I experienced at all. The staff was very helpful, and even looked over my vacuum while I was in the store. They checked the motor to make sure it was working great, and also checked my suction to make sure that my vacuum was doing the job I bought it for-cleaning. They did this at no charge to me, and also told me how much it would cost. I felt no pressure from them to purchase anything new, (though that was and still is an option). Now, as an employee, I find the staff to still be helpful, friendly, and really knowledgeable, not just about Electrolux but every vacuum on the market. I would not hesitate to allow them to fix any vacuum of mine, nor would I use a different repair shop that would use knock off parts or products that could possibly damage the warranty that I have (20 year parts, labor warranty on this year's model the Guardian Ultra. 20 years!!) My vacuum is older than me and sucks better than any Hoover, Dyson, Kirby, or Oreck any day of the week, and with expert technicians to service my machine, I am confident that this product will last another 36 years, and that Arizona Vacuum Express-Aerus Eletrolux will still be leading the industry not only in products but service as well. Don't just take my word for it, come in and find out for yourself. We are open 9-5:30 Monday through Friday, and we offer free pickup and delivery on all makes and models. You'll be glad you did!
