Review content:
I recently sent an arrangement ordered from Conner Park's website to a funeral home. The arrangement I ordered was meant to include white lillies and pale roses. When I arrived at the funeral home, I saw my arrangment. To my embarassment it included white CARNATIONS, 2 crappy looking roses and baby's breath. Not a single lilly. I was mortified.\r
\r
When I called Conner Park the next day to complain, they asked me if I had the arrangement with me to bring into the shop. Ummm...no. I didn't occur to me to take flowers from a funeral home - weirdos! Next, they insisted that the owner personally made my order, and that to the extent that the arangement that was on display was not what I ordered, it must have been because the funeral home switched up my arrangement with someone else's. The guy went on to say that this particular funeral home has been regularly switching out floral arrangements. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. And in any event, I don't care - I ordered a specific arrangement and that was not what was received (not even close!). \r
\r
The guy did not offer to replace the arrangement - all he said was ""I can offer you 20% off your next order."" No thanks - I'll never call this florist again.
Pros: Quickly (but inadequately) responded to complaint
Cons: Poor response to complaint
