The Spectrum club has a well equiped weight floor, plenty of cardio with a special room for the ladies, nice spacious and clean locker room, and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I have been a member for about year now, but I needed a trainer to get me in shape for my wedding. I gave Dan, my trainer, an impossible task. I had about 3 weeks to get in shape or at least presentable. In 3 weeks, I lost 7 pounds and went from 22% body fat to 18%. The staff has helped motivate me to keep going.
Pros: trainers, staff, clean, non-intimidating
Cons: that I waited so long to hire a trainer
