Review content:
When I think about how nice I was I feel ill. First the mechanic was smart with me... second they drained the oil on a routine maintence then left the wrench on the engine... I found it but almost blew my engine.. then Sloane Jr ( who mispelled two words in his letter) said he found nothing wrong with what happened... Oh I gave him the wrench back personally so basically he was telling me to PROVE IT... guess what I have a volvo and wont ever purchase from them again... doubt that they care but if you read this review you should decide to go elsewhere... Pros: Hard to say~~well I am now a wiser consumer Cons: You are not a valued customer - they think they have plenty and can get away with anything.
