Bought a new 2009 Dodge Challenger in Sept '08. Was talked into getting the car Simonized. It was pouring rain and the car was ready for me as soon as I signed all the paper work, within 20 minutes. I noticed something was wrong over the winter months (I was seeing water spots in the paint) but thought that it would wax out in the Spring. IT DID NOT. To make a long story short. Hanover Dodge worked on the car to remove the water spots from under the Simoniz and ruined the paint job by using a buffer pad that was too strong. I took the car home in worse shape. Now there is scratch marks all over the car. A body shop would repair it. There is $2000.00 worth of damage done to the car. Hanover Dodge will not pay for the body shop to repair it. They would like to try to repair it. I ask you ---- Would you let them touch your car again????? I will never buy a car from this dealer again because they will not admit when they are wrong and they do not stand behind their work. Cons: Would not use their detailing shop!
