I had been searching for a pickup truck for about 2 months. I went to several truck dealerships in the Pasadena area and was treated without respect and just seen as another commission. I decided to expand my options and search the Humble area. I came across Loan Star Motors and was instantly impressed with the service I received. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by smiling faces and friendly customer service representatives. Personally, I can admit that I am a very inquisitive customer. With that being said, they had patience and answered all my questions without hesitation. I was offered a great price for the truck of my dreams! From the beginning to the end, I was treated as an actual person. The respect I received was something I really valued. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a any kinda of truck as Loan Star Motors of Humble has more trucks for sale than any other dealer around. Overall, this has been the most pleasant truck buying experience I have ever had.
