Review content:
We desperately needed new curtains to replace the ugly vertical blinds when we bought our condo. I found Allure online, read the reviews and called to make an appointment. Sigita worked around our odd schedule to find a time to come by - she brought tons of samples and let us find our favorites without trying to push anything on us. She was upfront with the pricing and helped us find a cheaper fabric when we realized one was $$$$. Don't get me wrong - the drapes were still expensive, but at least the cost included hardware & installation unlike other places, and we knew they would be pricey due to our high ceilings. Sigita kept us apprised of the status (one of our fabrics was backordered) and arranged installation as soon as they were done. Installation took longer than I expected but the work is outstanding and they were meticulous in ensuring everything was level and perfect. They also made sure to protect our floor & furniture and clean up afterwards. I will use them again if we buy another place.
