I'm just moving to the area from the city so I needed all kinds of stuff to set up a new home. While it's certainly not the prettiest store around, I can overlook the threadbare decor for the values. The staff wasn't rude to me. I asked a random employee where to find towels when I was having trouble finding them on my own, and she walked me to the display while telling me about some specials. (A 22"" HD TV for $210! I got one for the bedroom!) The store is not well laid out. Some areas have comfortable, wide open space while others are so packed that it's a challenge to manuver a cart through. Even though the look of the store is like walking onto the set of ""Mad Men"", and the cashier had some funky issue with the register, I'll be back. I still have to explore the food section! Oh yeah, they have a rebate program too! How cool is that!?!
