The apartments are beautiful inside and but the leasing office is impossible to deal with!\r

First off there is a horrible pigeon problem for some of the areas in the complex. These birds would tap and peck at our windows, and completely ruined our balcony with their ""waste."" It was completely disgusting! The only thing the office would do was have maintenence place a sticky gel on the railings and floor of the balcony to keep the birds away...which turned into a sticky, feathered, waste mess! They offered no other resolution. It was terrible!\r

My other problem with the leasing office was that every tenant is required to give a 60 day move out notice. I went by the office to do so and the agent working told me that I was a week early but that they would mail out a form to do so. I never received the form, and was forced to pay an extra month's rent plus a $650 penalty!!! It was ridiculous. \r

There is obviously a lot of issues in the office because there were 3 different managers during my 9 month lease. Very high turnover. I highly urge everyone to not choose this complex.
