My daughter belongs to this gym. This evening someone broke into her locker and stole EVERYTHING--her coat, cell phone, socks. keys, duffel bag-and the club did nothing to help her. They may not be able to stop thieves from joining-but they did nothing to help her when she discovered her empty locker-she had to walk 7 blocks home in a spaghetti strap top, with no socks, in 20 degree weather. She will most probably be sick tomorrow, and will miss a weekend of work. You would think they would care enough to get her something warm to wear, or call a cab, or give her a lift. Their total lack of concern has made me change my mind about joining the club in my area- the one in Tinley Park. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect at least a little kindness by the employees. I'm really upset. I want nothing to do with this company. \r

IT HAS BEEN A YEAR-THIS CLUB HAS NEVER RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT-NOT A GOOD IDEA TO JOIN THIS CLUB IS IT???????
