I took my Shiloh to Dr. David for a skin condition. The girls in the front office were terrific with her. She was then taken to the back where they checked her skin, did some lab work, and had to express her anal glands. They also trimmed her nails. When I went back into the exam room, Dr. D. was sitting on the floor with Shiloh getting her used to him. My dog has fears against men as she was terribly abused before I got her. Shiloh was going over to Dr. D asking and taking treats from him! She would never go near the vets at the previous place I took her. She had to be dragged. Dr. David and his staff are wonderful to my lab and she trusts them more than any other vet;s office. I appreciate the way they take the time to get her to know them and she doesnt come out traumatized as she did from her previous vets. They treat the animals like they were their very own and I, for one, appreciate that, So does my Shiloh. Sounds like a previous comment or two had their nose bent out of joint for some reason. Caring Hands has always been great with us and we are not looking to change vets any time soon.
