Reserved exective room with city view for Feb 14. At 6pm check-in, informed that we were booked into another hotel, which has no view, few amenities, poor interior and is actually part of Virginia Mason hospital (complete w/ 24 hr amulance sirens). Hilton room was $200, new room worth $106 (compliments of Hilton). Other hotels (Hyatt & Westin) had room available, but for $300+. How can a hotel overbook when they know how many rooms they have and all reservations are guaranteed for payment by the guests. The Hilton has my phone # on file and didn't bother to call in advance. Bottom line: Poor customer service. I recommend you stay elsewhere. Cons: , Front Desk, Management
