First time visit: I met my new stylist Sayuri for a trim but I got antsy for a change... and made a last-minute decision to do a full chop. She walked me through it with MUCH patience and attention and I walked out with a perfect fresh cut - exactly what I wanted! Not to mention, the place is adorable and the staff is cool AND friendly (v rare in salons). \r

I just decided to go back today for color. That should say it all.
