Review content:
The experience was fine until we received a dirty knife, a cold cup of soup and a salad that just consisted of lettuce. After politely asking for the fruit salad instead we were yelled at and told that that's what we ordered and there was no need for a substitution. Eventually, she just brought 1 of the fruit salads that we requested. She yelled at us again about a billing issue that was clearly her mistake. She never apologized for any of her mistakes or the inappropriate tone of voice she used. Then when speaking to the owner about the situation she gave the excuse that they were busy, rudely said an unmeaningful sorry and turned her back to me. Then after being treated like this the waitress had the nerve to tell us we were acting ugly. This was the worst customer service I've EVER experienced from a waitress and owner when trying to resolve an issue with service. After bragging to my sister about this place (this was her first time), I will never eat there again or recommend this restaurant to anyone else.
