Absolutely dreadful. The staff at Deni's (Deni) are inconsiderate and completely unprofessional. Upon arrival, I was shocked to see insects and cobwebs collecting throughout the establishment. To be fair, the lighting and setting of the salon is quite nice, however the owner made my visit one worth mentioning because of her sheer lack of ability at her profession as well as rudeness and overall dreary atmosphere. Also on offer are massages, which thankfully I did not indulge in, especially after getting a look at the masseuse. I was also surprised not to see licenses on display or any other sort of professional certification. I looked into this and the proprietor is definitely licensed, however the state of PA should revoke it immediately.
