It seems like Mach (owner) is knowledgeable. I have taken my gsxr-600 in twice for service (oil & tune up) prices tend to be lower then other shops in the area and service is done same day in just a couple of hours and the work is done properly. The mechanics test ride all bikes after they are done with the service. \r The only problem is, they did not tell me about other issues that were found when I had service done. Brought in for oil change and afterwards told me it may need a tune up. Then a few weeks later I brought it in for a tune up and after I paid the guy told me the rear shock would need to be replaced soon. I asked how soon and did not get a straight answer. I ended up paying for both (oil and tune) and it seems like it would have been cheaper if he had just recommended the tune-up to me in the first place. Also the shock issue seems to be a little premature in regards to replacing it. I can?t tell if he is a caring mechanic or trying to get more business from me. \r All being said I will still go there for service but will get a second opinion on the shock issue. \r Pros: prompt Cons: I can?t tell if they are milking me for business or just care for the customer
