I made an appt for a free wedding flower consultation with the owner. This was the first florist I met with and wasnt sure if I was going to us them. I was planning on getting estimates from several florists before deciding on one. The owner said it wasnt in his ""vested interest to help me"" if I was not going to use them. I was shocked and hurt by such unfriendly customer service. He was unwilling to give me prices or any information because I wouldnt commit to them. My advice to everyone is dont waste your time, he obviously doesnt want or need the business.
