I used Cinderella?s for my wedding a little over a year ago. \r 1. I put deposits on my dresses about 9 nine months before the wedding with the understanding that they would be ordered shortly after doing so. Nearing the time allotted for my dresses to come in, I find out that my dresses were not ordered nearly a month before the wedding. When questioning the sales women, they became hostile and defensive. Eventually I did get my dresses but only after threatening to call Better Bus. on them. 2. I originally ordered all of my tuxes from them as well, but due to consistent trouble, I canceled the order and used someone else for all but 4 of the tuxes.... and the order was not correct. Thank God the other tux shop was able to help us out and get the missing garments that Cinderella?s had misplaced. 3 When contacting the City about their business license I found out that it had been lapsed for 2 years. 4 Giving Cinderella?s the benefit of the doubt, and I paid them to bustle my wedding dress (just a button and string was all it needed). Although I paid for their service, there were no alterations or bustle made. My aunt sewed my bustle ON they day of my wedding!!!!\r 4. When picking up my wedding dress from the shop I had my fiance with me. The dress had been brought in a full length garment bag as to prevent him from seeing it before the wedding. Of course, the mother of the owner had LOST my dress. She said the ticket had fallen off and she was not sure which one it was. I informed her of the designer and vague details of the dress (since my fiance WAS with me). She then had the nerve to bring out to the show room without any warning and show everyone my dress- including my FIANCE!!\r Take it from me... this should be the happiest time in your life, don't let Cinderella?s ruin it. Pros: pretty shop, nice mirrors Cons: rude saleswomen
