Review content:
We had a trailer hitch receiver installed on so we could use our back rack to take our three bikes with us to Yosemite. Two minutes after we got on the road, the hitch bent and started dragging our bikes down the highway. We lost three hours (and three bikes), so not a very good start to our vacation. The owner, Rigo, has been giving us the run-around ever since. After two appointments where he promised to replace the unit and then refused to do so once we arrived, he has finally informed us that he will not to replace the unit, he will not reimburse us for the unit, and the damage to our bikes is not his responsibility. Heck, he won't even remove the ruined hitch from the back of our car unless we pay him to do it. He's dodging my calls now, so I've filed a report with their corporate headquarters. While I wait to hear back on that, I though I'd warn everyone else out there. Stay tuned...
