April 1, 2010: We were staying in San Antonio in our 38' motorhome when it developed a leaking hot water heater. We were told by another RV repair that the internal water tank was bad and had to be replaced. We asked Texas RV Supply if they could take a look at it. They asked if we could bring it in early when they open up at 7:30 so they could request any parts before the delivery truck went out . Well we arrived a little before 7:30 and they went to work right away. It turn out only to be an inexpensive cracked fitting (not an expensive water tank) and the water heater was actually sitting in a pool of water. They replaced the fitting and drilled small drain holes to prevent any possible future pooling. While sitting in their waiting area we could overhear employees in the parts department and rv supply showroom interacting with other customers and were favorable impressed how friendly and helpful they were to others. It is clear that the employees enjoy their work and it shows in their attitude. Kudos to the mangement! The folks at Texas RV Supply provided us with honest, quality and prompt service. We will definitely be returning there for all of our RV maintenance while in San Antonio.
