Review content:
I've gotten a couple of great cuts from Terri, but more often she seems to go into autopilot and cuts my hair shorter than we've discussed, especially my bangs. I usually have to wait six months to get the too short layers she puts in to grow out. Then for some reason I go back to her and she hacks up my hair again. Well, I've been traumatized one too many times and have learned my lesson; I'm never letting her touch my hair again.
