As a proud owner of a beautifully sounding viola from the CK Violins, I find it an excellent store with extremely great service. I come here whenever there’s a problem with my instrument, and I feel like I’m always welcome. The first time I’ve been to CK’s I was getting a new viola, and I was there for about a whole hour. Mr. Zou was very nice with a great attitude the whole time and made sure that the viola fit me well. He let me tried different bows multiple times to see which bow produces the best sound when I play it. He even took time to figure out which shoulder rest is comfortable for me, and all those very fine detailed things. Every time I break a string Mr. Zou would take time putting a new string on my viola and make sure it’s tuned well and is as good as new again. I’m loving this instrument and will always trust CK’s.\r
