Businiess name:  Bluewave Car Wash

Review content:
Steer clear of this place. Even if you have to drive for a while. The only reason I went back is because I got lazy and bought a ten-pack of washes there. What a mistake!\r \r 1. The quality of the wash is poor. They don't vacuum well. I actually saw the guys toss the end of the host into my car, shake it around and that was it for the vacuum job. \r \r 2. They are reckless. I close the windows on my car always. One of the guys did not close the tail gate of my car completely and the inside got flooded. Also, when pulling my car from the wash tunnel to the drying area, they ran over the guide rail - thankfully my car has a high clearance.\r \r 3. The wash quality is poor. My car simply came out dirty.\r \r 4. I always have to ask for a towel to finish the job they don't do. I'm not talking about being a nit-picky customer - I'm talking about the basics of drying the car so there are no water spots or remains of soap, vacuuming in the most basic of quality, and getting the soot off the wheels.\r \r To top this all off (and I have not listed all my gripes against them), when I complain, they give me the run around regarding who the manager is (e.g. pointing me to five different guys, none who are the manager and then telling me the manager is back and when I go to the back, telling me he is in front, and when I go front telling me he is hanging out having a smoke behind the wash tunnel). The manager is actually the older gray haired guy, whose name is Juan . It's easy to tell who he is - he is the one who does not look at you when you talk to him, does not give a damn about you, about the workers, about the fact they scuffed your car, about your rain check, about you cleaning your own car nor about where the guy disappeared with your keys 10 minutes ago - but mostly he does not give a damn about you.\r \r Finally, this car wash was busted for breaking minimum wage laws. Look up up in the LA Times, March 23, 2008, Local News Section. Pros: close to my house Cons: everything from the horrible service and wash to the over priced merchandise
