And those expectations were quite low. Going in for lunch, expecting some greasy, nondescript, yet ultimately tasty and satisfying Americanized Chinese food, I received some of the worst service and most mediocre food I've had at a joint like this. I can't speak for the buffet, as I ordered from the menu, and that might have been my biggest mistake. Don't expect any sort of attention from the servers if you attempt to do the same, as they seem to be fully expecting everyone to order the buffet. Further, once my food arrived, it was the wrong dish. Rather than correcting the mistake, the server actually attempted to convince me that I simply didn't know what the dish I ordered should be composed of, at which point I gave up and ate a bland, disappointing plate of food and left, sure to never return again.
