Review content:
There are many Mexican food restaurants in Houston and we chose yours to celebrate our son's H.S. graduation on June 1, 2008. We planned and reserved this with you two months in advance and our evening on the patio was as if 25 of us just walked in off of the street. There was no table set or reserved when we arrived at the designated time (8:00 pm). We had to wait about 20 minutes after 8 to even sit down. We had no time to prepare our table for our son. We were moved twice. We had insufficient space even though we were assured that there would be plenty of room for our 25 guests. Several of us were served dinner after most people had already finished eating and it was cold and dried out (not your typical Teala's dinner). Although our waiter and bar tender were trying their best, clearly no one else cared enough to make this the special event we intended. Our total bill, including drinks, was over $600 and I feel extremely disappointed in your management failure. I have also sent a letter to the management and there was no response. This is an indication that the management is insensitive to the service, especially for people celebrating once in a lifetime special occasions.
