CRS,Inc are so rude and obnoxious. These people have been harassing me and my family for quite some time about a debt from 2008 . So I finally called to see what the debt was and i was told that I was irresponsible b/c i should have paid this debt long ago. I made arrangements to pay the debt . and then in another conversation with this co. the rep i was speaking with informed me that my sister and i are both insane and unstable
all over a misunderstanding. he was yelling at me so loud that I had to hold the phone away from my ear and he would not let me say anything so I hung up on him. I am so infuriated by the fact that these people think that they can insult and degrade upstanding citizens such as myself and get away with it.
