Review content:
I love the products but the people are horrendous. I was there recently and because I had failed to don my designer gown they would not give me the time of day. I stood for at least 10 minutes waiting to be rung up, while a person behind me had 3 people waiting on her and another was at the register playing around. They acted like it was such a chore to get me some lip gloss and I finally had to ask to be rung up and they acted like they hadn't even seen me. I may be young, I may not be dripping with jewels, but if they only knew how much I spent on cosmetics. They are the snottiest, rudest people I have ever encountered in a store. Guess what, you work in NASHVILLE, not on Rodeo Drive. Woo Cosmetics is a much more welcoming place.
Pros: Lots of variety, Hard to find products, Good location
Cons: EXTREMELY rude, EXTREMELY snobby
