I thought I had found the perfect place a two bedroom apartment with heat included for $900.00 a month. How wrong I had been.....\r On our move in day a women from the office showed us the apartment being as we had only saw a model. The electricity was not turned on yet seeing as we were not going to be sleeping there for another week, needless to say things looked much different in the light...The carpet was never replaced from the last renter, and had huge stains in everyroom. Also in everyroom there were holes in the walls which some where filled with Q-Tips, others just looked like they had been filled by a 5 year old. The kitchen floor, and the installment of the counters & appliences looked as if they had been installed by a five year old as well. Some of the cabienet doors where spray painted and most were dirty, with yellow brownish gunk coming off with each wipe of a cloth. There were cobb webbs in every closet with garbage from the last renters left behind. When the property manager and another women from the office came to see it , they agreeed it was dirty but did not seem to understand why I was so mad. I guess they did not see anything wrong with living in other peoples trash, and filth. We did not move any of our stuff in, which was an incovience seeing as we both took time out of work to move. I also had to call her to see if the apartment was ready instead of her contacting me, which I feel is very unproffesional. Our neighbors below us were loud, playing Rock Band, sreaming at eachother and their kids, and having parties where they drank and smoked """". others propped the door open and left garbage and bad smells in the hallway. The people bellow us threatened me, because they assumed I complained about their noise and filth(which I did) , I called the office and they acted like it was no big deal, who cares if someone slashes my tires. In fact I feel that everyone from the managment office are rude, and are no better then slum lords.stay away! Pros: Location Cons: The whole expereince
