Hard times right now if you're a seller. A large company may be your best bet, but it's also helpful to have someone who personally understands how tough it is, and makes you feel like you're their priority. The company is family owned for like three generations, and although the agents aren't related, that close-knit feel clearly trickles down. Best real estate experience around.
